You agree to follow all guide instructions, behave responsibly, and release Dallas Mural Tours LLC, its owners, employees, and partners from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Assumption of risk

Guests participate at their own risk. You confirm that you are physically able to participate and that you are not under the influence of any substance that would impair your judgement during the tour.

Photography and media

We may take photos or video during tours for marketing. Let your guide know if you would prefer not to be photographed.
